Upstairs bedroom (left)

Up one flight of stairs is a bathroom with in-bath shower, a standard double bedroom and a further large atrium style room that can double as a ‘rumpus room’ or additional bedroom. Up the open stairway from this room there’s a small mezzanine study area leading on to the roof terrace which has sensational views (especially at sunset) and is not overlooked.

Another large double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room is at ground floor level next to the cave (cellar).

There’s a washing machine and chest freezer in the cave downstairs.

The house

This has been a labour of love for us and we’ve worked on it little by little since we first fell in love with the area 20 years ago. It has an eccentric layout with the main living area on the first floor featuring an open kitchen/dining room and a cosy but sizeable sitting room next door. The kitchen has a four burner induction hob, full-sized oven, combination microwave and under counter refrigerator. It's fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils and cutlery and the large dining table seats six comfortably.
